Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping:
- Carrier: EMS
- Available for orders over 50 €
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: We ship worldwide, excluding Asia and some remote areas. Delivery times may vary based on location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In their original packaging
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Included with all tags and accessories
- In resalable condition (no damage, stains, or odors)
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Chaussettes (socks) once the packaging is opened
- Débardeurs (undershirts and similar items)
- Cartes à jouer scellées (sealed playing cards) once opened
- Produits électriques (kitchen electrical appliances) if the original seal is broken
- All sale or promotional items (unless defective)
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Customer Service: Email us at [email protected] using the provided template. Our team will respond within 48 business hours with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions.
- Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and proof of purchase. Items damaged during return shipping are not eligible for refund.

France We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. - Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you a confirmation. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within the following timelines:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Exchanges
For exchanges, we will ship the new item once we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping costs for the replacement are covered by us, unless the exchange is requested for reasons other than a defect or our error.
